Antonio
Hernan Cook, in addition to being a harassing thug of a building
manager, apparently doesn't like being filmed. Here he denies his
identity when, after a three month delay, he finally gets around to
getting the gas turned back on.

182 Graham Ave Saga Live Report #13 1/7/2020: Illegal tenants!
In this video from January, I real that the building manager in my home at 182 Graham Ave has moved new tenants into rooms that had been vacated by HPD for safety violations, including the room that had been offered to me without confirming that the vacate order had been lifted, and for full rent, instead of fixing the room from which I had been vacated so I could move back into it. I also talk about what the plans the building management has for the building.

The Complete Decision in the Illegal Lockout case of 182 Graham Ave and ...
In this video I read the actual court decision that dismissed my Illegal Lockout case. It is annotated, of course, to clarify a few points, nit-pick some details, and explain (as best as I can) what this means in terms of my overall situation (there is also a guest appearance by Captain Chewie and a awkwardly-timed interruption about doing the laundry).
The HP case, however, is still active and FINALLY has a new court date, this coming Wednesday, October 14. It will be done remotely, except that I, my lawyer, and at least one other person whose case is concurrent with mine, will be going in person to the courthouse.
Unfortunately, I don't think visitors are permitted, nor can non-parties to the case tune in, but I will be sure to give a live follow-up as soon as it happens.
Please watch this video and comment on what you think. Also please subscribe to this new YouTube channel of mine, which is focused entirely on the case of 182 Graham Avenue.

182 Graham November Compilation2018a1 1
Following that little exchange with Antonio Cook in the previous video, here is a compilation of short walk-throughs over the following couple of weeks, showing the progress of Mr. Cook's "renovations," including the conversion of a door to a wall, the installation of an insecure mailbox, and the complete removal of a door from the foyer!

182 Graham Nov 2 2018: Antonio Cook's illegal renovations interview
I have started a new YouTube channel dedicated completely to the saga of 182 Graham Ave, fro the beginning of the saga. Tonight we are up to the chapter where Antonio Cook, the new building manager, refuses to answer questions about the illegal renovation he was overseeing on the second floor. There are more details in the description of the video.
Please "Like" these videos and subscribe to this channel to show your support for the struggle of the longtime tenants of 182 Graham Ave. Our next court date is October 14th.
